Hi, my name is Israel Kushnir and I am the founder of Gain Realty. Native to the State of Israel,
I was born in Haifa in 1963.

After my service with the Israeli Defense Force, I moved to the United States and became a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
​
My extensive real estate experience started back in 1986 where I worked as a real estate sales associate in rural upstate New York, receiving the “Century 21 One Million Dollar Club Membership”.
​
Throughout the years I became an active real estate developer in Long Island, New York, and was involved in various entrepreneurial activities.
​
My real estate accomplishments include, but are not limited to, construction and rehabilitation of office buildings, hotels/motels, single family homes and apartments, and vacant lands. With all project I follow through with the purchase, permits, rentals, evictions and sales.
​
In 2012, I also created USA Secured Investment, Inc. The corporation manages, purchases and sells residential homes and condominium units in FL from Pensacola to Homestead.
​
From 1989 on, I purchased, rehabilitated, rented, sold and managed over 300 properties.
